From the Principal
Every day I am reminded of the many ways in which Camden High School works to deliver outstanding leadership, teaching and learning. The staff at Camden High School consistently go above and beyond to provide vibrant and inclusive learning environments that drive student success, and this is reflected in what happens both inside and beyond our classrooms.
Alongside our school captains, student leadership representatives, and staff members, I was proud to represent Camden High School at both the Dawn Service and Community March on ANZAC Day. It was pleasing to see so many members of our school supporting an important community event.
We are shortly about to host the annual Camden V Cowra exchange. A tradition that began in 1972, and that has continued for 53 years, the exchange is a unique opportunity that is highly valued by both schools.
In order to be eligible for the privilege of representing Camden High School, students are expected to fulfill their responsibilities as learners who are respectful and safe, meeting high standards of attendance, behaviour, work ethic and participation. This has been monitored all year, and will continue to be monitored up until the start of each event during the exchange.
Thank you to all the students and families who have assisted with hosting billets. This is a particularly special part of the exchange, and it is wonderful to see the connections and friendships that have blossomed over a number of years.
I am looking forward to three days of fierce competition and rivalry, but also the great displays of skill and sportsmanship that will be evident across all sports and competitions. Please take the opportunity to support our school and students.
