Completing assessments, preparing for student led conversations

1/2’s going to Bundoora Farm on Wednesday

Year 5/6 getting ready for winter gala competition

What can we improve

 on this week:

  Class                     Actions

Making a big effort when outside playing

Year 5/6

Call out the bad language immediately and go to a teacher.

Include others and be role models to all students

TAG on the adventure playground3/4

We all need to be  safe on the equipment especially when it is wet and slippery

Sharing the space on the main yard - basketball\, AFL/

Year 5/6 Soccer game is taking up all the oval

All

Share the space  - at the moment there are too many games

Can we have a “soccer free day” - there are lots of other games to play outside

Many soccer balls have disappeared - too many are lost, kicked on the roof and people are not taking care of school property.

Mrs Mcleary is really disappointed that sports equipment is not being looked after.

All

Look after the balls so we have them to play.

DO NOT deliberately kick the balls on the roof/over the fence.

Tell students that do this to stop and call a teacher.

Suggestions from the SRC

Soccer is taking up a lot of space on the yard- can we have a schedule or a "soccer free " day to play other games and give other levels a chance to play on the oval/ running track

"Soccer free Wednesday"

Can the year 5/6 have a practice session for winter gala- chat to Mr A and Ms O’Connor

Safety issues from the SRC

Playing on the play equipment when wet and slippery

Toilets are a "NO PLAY AREA"   - we do not play/ hide in the toilets/ we do not lock the toilet doors and we do not look under the door when someone is in the cubicle.

We respect their privacy the same way we want to be respected.

Please do not waste the soap!!

If at any time you would like to chat about anything wellbeing related at Trinity, or you have any questions or concerns about your child's wellbeing, please do not hesitate to see your child's teacher or myself.
