Care and Connection

Harmony Day

The school was a sea of colour today as students and teachers embraced Harmony Day casual day by wearing orange or their cultural dress.

Promoting cultural diversity and inclusion throughout our school, this special casual day helped to encourage respect and a sense of belonging for all students and we are proud of their participation and positive conversations.

We are excited to share that the $1 gold coin donations collected have raised $480 for Lutheran Care! This money will be used to provide emergency relief, housing support, and programs that reduce social isolation, helping build a more inclusive and equitable society.

Did you know? Around 36 languages are spoken by families in our community! We are a beautiful tapestry of cultures, backgrounds, and traditions, all coming together to create a school where Everyone Belongs.

Coffee and Connect

As always you are invited to join us for Coffee and Connect in the church café on Friday mornings from 8:30am. (Just come through the courtyard.) This is a great opportunity to meet people in our community and make new friends. Stay for 10 minutes or until 10am! It can be comforting and encouraging to hear each other’s stories. Toddlers are welcome! (We have a small playground. You just need to keep an eye on your little one(s) for safety reasons.) I look forward to seeing you soon!

Blessings,

Georgie
