Driving Safe
Thank you to our families for doing their part in keeping our school community safe in and around our school. We have been made aware of some instances of unsafe U-Turns at Montague Road and Milligan Drive. When making a U-Turn, please ensure you take care and look out for pedestrians, cyclists, and oncoming vehicles.
Dads and Kids Camping Weekend - Register Now
Men & Minors Camp is back!
Recognising the importance of father-child bonds, "Men n Minors" was intentionally created to provide dads and male caregivers with dedicated opportunities to establish, develop and reinforce relationships with their children.
Join us May 23-25 near Williamstown for quality time, fun, and connection with your children and other dads/significant male role models enjoying 'back to basics' fun including a Saturday packed with activities.
All current GSPV students and their significant male are welcome! Join the fun that over 300 people experienced last year – don't miss out!

Mother's Day Stall
The Mother’s Day Stall Planning Team are now looking for volunteers for the stall.
If you're keen to help out, we are looking for people to volunteer and serve at the stall.
Dates of the stall are:
- Wed May 7th 1105am – 3pm (with lunch break)
- Thurs May 8th 9am – 3pm (with morning tea and lunch break)
Please consider when you will be able to help out and take note of the time slots on the attached volunteer form which will also be sent home in blue bags soon with the eldest child of each family. Please return this form if you’d like to volunteer.
Please take note that you will need to have completed all the volunteer requirements for school to be part of this special event.
We are still taking home made donations to sell such as:
- Mini Succulent Plants
- Earrings
- Chocolate Jars
Please have these dropped off to school Wednesday week 1 and please communicate prior to the event with what you hope to donate, to Alix Zeppel - info@alizefabrics.com.au.

Scholastic Book Club
Scholastic Book Club Issue 2 catalogues have been sent home with students this week.
Scholastic apps are available to download for both Apple and Android devices to make ordering through the Loop system easier.
There is the option to mark your purchases as GIFTS. When these books arrive, you will be contacted directly, rather than books going home with students.
Please also note that some titles offered, differ from the Christian ethos followed by the school.
Orders need to be placed via LOOP by Thursday 20thth March 2025.
