Principal's Report

Dear families,

SCHOOL CONCERT

Our 2022 school concert was an amazing community event! We must sincerely thank the staff lead by Emmersyn Rea at the Junction Hotel who provided a top-class local venue. Our students had an amazing time demonstrating their skills in front of their families and friends. The students and staff have debriefed and have identified some improvements for next year and shared successes.

Fleur Ferguson Photography donated her time to come and take photos of the students during their performance. We are so thankful for her generous offer, the photos are fantastic. Here is the link to the photos for those who missed the email.

GRADE 3/4 CAMP

This week we saw the Grade 3/4 students off on camp. We are very fortunate to have a team of teachers who are eager to support the students on camps. It is a big commitment and our staff do a great job in helping the students develop their interpersonal skills in a team building environment. 

We've had an update from Mrs Kennedy reporting the students are having a wonderful time. Enjoy some photos of their camp so far.

PLC SUMMIT

Next week our school gets to share our practices with the broader school network at the Professional Learning Community summit. Our school has been working with other schools to ensure improvement in building teacher capacity across the department.
