School Carols Night

Everyone is getting very excited for the return of the traditional HPS Christmas Carols event!

The C&F team in conjunction with the School Council, are organising the catering for the night.  All funds raised will be put towards the new portable stage for HPS events.

PLEASE BRING CASH ONLY FOR PURCHASES ON THE NIGHT

• BBQ with sausages in bread $3. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and Halal options available.
• Cake Stall - various prices $1-$5
• Ice-cream and drinks cart supplied by General Chicken Co in Macleod. They will donate $1 from every purchase back to the school.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED PLEASE!

Below is the roster for signing up to help with BBQ and Cake Stall.  Please add your name, email address and mobile. 

Any help you are able to give is greatly appreciated, and will help make this an awesome event for the kids and their families!

CAKE STALL DONATIONS!

Please consider baking up a Christmas storm to help support your school! Small items such as gingerbread men, fudge, chocolate brownies, biscuits etc are always a huge hit.

• Please provide a full list of ingredients including any allergens.
• Please ensure your items can be stored at room temperature and do not require refrigeration (ie. no cream / chocolate)
• Please deliver your goodies to school on the day of the concert - will be publish the location to drop them off closer to the event.
