Procedures

This week, our writing focus is procedures. Students are exploring the purpose and elements of procedures as well as how to follow them. Students will have a go at writing a simple procedure that they have followed. Yesterday, they sequenced a procedure, then followed it to make a necklace.

Foundation Reminders:

• Show and Tell: Tuesdays for D3 and D4, Thursdays for D5
• Swimming: Please ensure all clothing items are labelled and that you do not order a lunch order on Thursdays
• Library: D3 and D5 visit the library on a Tuesday. D4 visit the library on a Thursday. Please ensure your child returns their library book to school on these days
• Fruit snack: Please ensure your child has a healthy fruit snack packed (even on lunch order days!) We have a brain break each morning at around 10am.
