Music Festival

We are so pleased that the annual Schools Music Festival could go ahead. After a rough couple of years, the festival was finally revived, and what an AMAZING event it was!!

The festival was held at the Rivergum Performing Arts Centre. Our Monash SDS choir performed our School Song – passionately, proudly and from their hearts.

Six schools participated and each performed a piece around the theme ‘Education is History’. Throughout term 3, our talented Monash students were involved in the creation of the new Monash SDS School Song through the Kaleidoscope Program. Monash has never had a school song … until now – so students have certainly been making history.

Thank you to all the parents and family members who came along to support our performers, and of course, well done to all the performers who represented our school so beautifully at the festival – we are very proud of you!
