On Wednesday, 26 October our wonderful Old Boys and their partners met at the function room at Kailis Restaurant in Leederville to share in a lovely lunch together. The reunion consisted of year groups from 1949 to 1951.
A special mention to Noel Kelly (’49) who flew over from Sydney to be a part of the day. Thank you to John O’Connell (’49) for welcoming everyone to the lunch. John then asked everyone to raise a glass to absent friends followed by a minute silence to remember them.
Once again, we thank the very attentive Kailis staff for looking after us and always making us feel so welcome.
Congratulations to the Class of 2022 and welcome to TOBA! A beautiful morning was enjoyed by our Year 12 students, families and friends on Centenary Park last Thursday, 20 October.
Special thanks to our guest speaker, Nic Martin (’18). Nic reflected on his own graduation day and the lifelong friendships he has formed during his time at Trinity College. He reminded the boys to remain present and appreciate the day as it will be one of the proudest memories they may have and wished them luck in their future endeavours.
Thank you to TOBA President, Dion Smith (’87) for welcoming the Graduating Class of 2022 to TOBA and for his introduction of guest speaker, Nic Martin (’18).
To Melanie Dunn and the College Auxiliary, well done! Thank you for your breakfast of pastries, coffee and tea.
Finally, I would like to acknowledge TOBA Committee Members, Adrian Di Carlo (’89), Paul Higgins (’82), Chis Jones (’97), Brendan Molony (’65) and Gianni Redolatti (’91) for your great efforts with the BBQ breakfast, and serving up a sausage sizzle and fruit juices for the Year 12 students. A brilliant job by everyone involved in making the morning such a great success!
