It was established to:
- Support families to be resilient and have safe, supportive, and enduring relationships.
- Assist families to be more connected to and engaged in their culture and communities.
- Support families to access specialist services and participate in education, training, and other wellbeing activities.
- Assist families to navigate the health system, increase social connection and build parental confidence.

Finding Resilience Through Transitions
- Is your child starting Year 7?
- Do you, or your child, or both, feel nervous about the transition?
- Would you like to explore strategies to build your child's resilience and age-appropriate independence as they transition?
- Would you like to support your child's transition by helping them to establish and maintain good routines?
If your answer to any of these questions is "YES", come and join the discussion with other parents. You can learn from, and encourage, one another - because you are not alone on this parenting journey! The program will take place at the Learning Resource Centre at Office Secondary College.
