P & F AGM and Term 4 General Meeting

The Association's Annual General Meeting, together with the final General Meeting for the year, will be held on Tuesday, 15th November, in Coorah (Senior School) at 7:00pm.

 

All parents are warmly invited to attend and elect the 2023 Committee.  All positions will be declared vacant by Mr Coote and a new Committee will be elected.

 

All parents of students at the School are members of the BMGS Parents' and Friends' Association.  

 

There are Representatives elected from both Junior Campuses and from the Senior campus, with each campus Committee organising local events and campus fundraisers.

 

The 'global' P&F Committee, comprised of the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee members, liaises with the campus Representatives to co-ordinate 'whole of school' activities and fundraising, such as the Annual Trivia Night or a School Fair.

 

Our Association is a great way to be involved and to contribute to your child's School.  It is also a great way to meet new parents within the School's community.
