PFA Update

Kirsten Brooks, PFA President 

Thank you to our wonderful community for all you have done for each other and for our broader community. I reflect on an exhausting year of emotional ups and downs, supporting others, busyness and heartwarming community spirit. I very much look forward to gathering together next year at every opportunity.

I am thankful for the stories and strategies shared, the tips and tricks that saw people through, and the genuine care shown by our families and School community. More than ever, the smallest of gestures made a big difference to people’s experience of a difficult year.

Thank you to Mr Charlton and his exceptional staff across our School community, thank you to our Board members, and thank you to you, our students and families.   

As we say goodbye to this School year, I’d like to share this clip from The One Voice Children’s Choir. 2020 ... it's been a year of memories, new learning and strong relationships.

SHUS

SHUS is preparing to be open for sales for several openings at the start of the School year.  All the information will be on KCEE.  We are currently unable to take stock and a date in the new year will be advertised shortly for consignment drop-off.  

CSRs

Thank you to our busy CSRs who have been very responsive in organising gatherings as restrictions have eased. It’s been lovely to see families out and about together.

Sign-Ups

As we plan next year’s gatherings and events, we look forward to welcoming you along as a volunteer or participant in 2021. Sign-ups of interest can be found here.  

This is an expression of interest and we will check closer to events about your availability.  We are very excited about hosting and bringing our community back together onsite.
