Kylie Burns, Junior School District Sport Coordinator 

The Years 5 and 6s participated in a multi-sport tournament this term, where they were able to display teamwork, sportsmanship and competitiveness. They were assigned a team at the beginning of the term and played out the season with their team. 

Given that these students would normally be playing inter-school sport in Term 4, it was a positive and enjoyable way for everyone to start their Friday mornings!

A big thank you to the teachers - Mr Cirillo, Mrs Haites, Ms Hand, Mr Hewitt and Mr Bishop for their support in facilitating the event.

Congratulations to the 'Red Tomatoes' for taking out the tournament, narrowly edging the 'Blue Bandits'. Other award winners are as follows:
