Ruby Conti (10 Millward)

Congratulations Ruby Conti on coming 19th at the World Age Group Aerobic Championships in Portugal.

Ruby was the only Australian athlete who qualified and was selected to represent Australia on the World Stage in the 15-17 year-old category.

Lauren Cox (9 Jones, 2017)

Lauren Cox has just been selected in the 2022 Australian women’s senior volleyball squad, the Volleyroos. She will soon embark on a 10-day tour of Thailand with the squad. Lauren began her volleyball career as a co-curricular activity while in year seven at Girton, before moving to Ballarat followed by Canberra, while attending the Volleyball Australia Centre of Excellence program there. More recently, she has been studying and playing volleyball on a full athletic scholarship at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Lauren regularly represented Victoria during her junior volleyball years and also made an Australian under-17 team. Her senior Volleyroos selection is the fulfilment of one of her sporting goals and reward for many years of hard work and dedication.

Alessia McCaig (Jenkin, 2021)

Congratulations to Alessia McCaig who will join the Australian team in the Commonwealth Games for cycling.
