KHS School Leaders attend the Leadership Conference in Sydney
Amidst all the rain last Term, our school leaders Freya Weismantle and Hayley Andrews attended the leadership conference held at the Government House & NSW Parliament in Sydney. They experienced the grandeur of the Governer’s house and were addressed by Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley.
After, they met Melinda Pavey and other members of the NSW parliament. School leaders from as far Nth as the Tweed and to Wagga in the south attended.
It was a great opportunity for the girls to meet leaders their own age and learn about our government systems. It was a proud day as a Year Advisor to see our girls represent Kempsey High School at such an important event.
