NEW - Mother's Day Mass

We kindly ask everyone to follow these requirements:

  • Please do not attend the Mass if you are a household contact
  • Everyone must wear a face mask
  • Hand sanitise at the front door
  • Spread out in the church as much as possible
  • We will not be mixing groups so unfortunately families will not be able to sit together.
  • Do not attend if you are feeling unwell
  • Due to current restrictions it is not possible to invite families back to visit the school.

NEW - Simon Everywhere App - Download Today!

 

The Simon Everywhere App has all the functions currently utilised by parents through the Parent Access Module (PAM) with the added benefit of push notifications sent directly to your phone. The app will also save your login details (the same details to login to PAM) so you do not have to log in each time with a username and password. NEW - Camp Kookaburra

The 3/4s have had a wonderful two days at Camp Kookaburra! The students participated in lots of different activities which required them to be resilient - they were amazing! Here are some photos as a highlight - in the next newsletter you'll hear more from the students themselves. We can't wait for next year! 

NEW - Pupil Free Day

Please note Friday 10th of June is a Pupil Free Day. Staff will be undertaking a Learning and Teaching Professional Development Day.

NEW - Inter-School Athletics

Congratulations to our Year 3 to 6 children on their participation in at the Inter-School Athletics on April 5th. We had a successful day as we were overall champions with Emma Quinlan being awarded girl champion and Sidney Nihill as the boys champion.

After School Cross Country on Friday, Yr. 1 students Ged, Henry and Grace spent their break time engaging in imaginative play, creating a special fairy garden at the base of one the trees on the oval. 

Sacred Heart Open Day 2023

Lunch Orders

Tatura Hot Bread Bakery will be providing the School lunch orders for two days a week. Lunch orders will be available Thursdays and Fridays. Please find below the 2022 price list.

 

A reminder orders are to be done through the School, not to be dropped off at the Bakery.

Sun Protection Policy

Students at Sacred Heart are expected to wear a hat during all outdoor activities from the of 1st September to 30th April in accordance with the school's Sun Protection Policy. Children will remain on the verandah if they are not wearing the correct school hat during break times or will sit in a shaded area during outdoor school activities. Parents, please support us by ensuring your child has their school hat in their bag.

Second Hand Uniform Sales

Sacred Heart will now only be accepting second hand uniform items as a donation to the school. If families wish to sell items we request that this is done privately. Please see below the current winter uniform stock available for purchase. If you wish to have a browse of the uniforms or make a purchase, please see Sally in the school office on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Sacred Heart School Website

The Sacred Heart School website has had a refresh with the addition of some new features. We now request parents and caregivers use the forms on the website for Outside School Hours Cancellations and Out of Uniform Notices. On the website homepage the forms are located by clicking on the following icons:

Student absences are to be completed in PAM. To access PAM parents or caregivers will need access to a computer, tablet or mobile phone. You can access PAM via the direct link below or the Sacred Heart School website.
