Award recognition

Kaydee works with the Wirrpanda Foundation and is based at Thornbury High, coordinating the Deadly Sister Girls group. The group works to support and empower our Aboriginal female students to achieve better education outcomes. 

Kaydee has seen some amazing results with the students being more engaged and ready to learn. 

This term Kaydee was a finalist in the Darebin council Fuse community awards. And although she didn’t win on the night, it was still a great acknowledgment of the amazing work she does.
