Outside School Hours Care

Welcome to all new families. There are lots of new changes this year which will hopefully mean more fun for the kids and a simpler booking process for parents!

 

Firstly we have been using Qikkids for our bookings already but now we are using the Enrol program which is an online booking system. It also has an App for your mobile as well. All regular families have been registered with Qikkids. Please click on the following link to log in or download the app:

Booking Procedure

Casual Bookings 

Please use the Qikkids website or the My Family Lounge App. Phone bookings via the school office will still be accepted this term, however, from term 2 all bookings and cancellations need to come via the online Qikkids booking system.

Permanent Bookings 

Email us at: oshc@teesps.org or come and see us in person during OSHC hours:

Mornings: 7.30am to 8.45am

Afternoons:  2:30pm to 6:00pm.

 

OSHC also has a new mobile number (see below) you can use to phone or text us, however it will only be answered during the OSHC hours above. 

 

Cancellations

Due to the higher number of bookings, cancellation fees will apply if you do not cancel your booking. Particularly on days where we are near or at capacity, if we don't receive notification of a cancellation, this prevents others from using the service. Please remember to cancel when you don't require the service to avoid being charged. 

 

Morning bookings must be cancelled before 7:30am on Qikkids or by text to our mobile and afternoons by 2:30pm. 

 

Effective from 1 March, cancellation fees will apply  if you do not cancel by the above times. If your child is absent from school for any reason, please also cancel your OSHC booking.

 

We hope that using this new system will be simple and convenient. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions as we transition to our new online system.

Observations

Once you have registered on Qikkids you can look up and see what your child/children have been doing while at OSHC. This is called Journeys. We have just started these so have a look when you have a chance.

Accounts

Accounts have been emailed to families. If you did not receive your invoice or require a hard copy, please let me know.  Accounts will be emailed every two weeks. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice by direct deposit into the school's bank as follows:

Important: in the reference field, please include your surname and OSHC.
