biomedical engineering specialisation is offered in the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at Monash, the Clayton Campus.  Students seeking a career combining medicine and technology can undertake this engineering specialisation, and will learn to design and develop new diagnostics, monitoring tools and therapies, and build new medical instruments and devices through the study of engineering design fundamentals and biological science subjects.
