Lunchtime Activities - House Volleyball Competitions

Term 1 saw the introduction of lunchtime house sporting competitions, with Volleyball the first challenge of the year. The Junior School Competition had a strong field of contenders with Merriwa taking out the title of Year 7/8 Volleyball House Champs. Unfortunately, none of the houses were able to field a team for the Middle School Competition. This left the Year 11/12’s to play it out on the court for the Senior School Competition title. Rivalry was fierce with some excellent serves and terrific teamwork giving Merriwa the advantage and again the title. Well done to all the participants and a big congratulations to MERRIWA, the overall champions!
