Athletics Carnival
On Friday 7th June Boorowa Central held a combined athletics carnival for all students from Kindergarten to Year 12. We were blessed with incredible weather, which was perfect for great achievements by all of the students. Having a combined carnival meant it was a busy day for all staff and students, but allowed for a great community spirit. A huge thank you goes out to all staff for their effort and support in setting up, packing away, organising and running events and to the SRC for their fantastic canteen! Also a big thank-you to all parents and community members who supported and assisted throughout the day. It was a great success.

Western Districts Cross Country
On Wednesday 12th June our school had fourteen runners represent the Cowra District at the Western Region Cross Country at Geurie. Felix Crozier, Riannia Apps, Stephanie Piper, Isabella Piper, Jacob Piper, Skye Knight, Mackella Pye, Claudia Edwards, Imogen Pye, Kirsten Piper, Preston Harris, Tristen Pye, Lilly Diskon and Kyle Pye. The top six competitors qualify in each age group to represent the zone at the next level. Congratulations to Claudia who ran 2nd, Mackella 5th and Imogen 6th who have qualified to represent the Western Region at the State Cross Country at Eastern Creek next term.
