Quantum

Quantum Science Centre

On Monday this week, 15 of our grade 6 students headed down to Quantum science Centre in Melbourne to take part in an app maker experience. Throughout the day the students learnt different coding concepts that they could use to build their own app. This included learning about variables, if statements and loops. Once they mastered these skills, they then had a go at creating their own app to run on Android devices.

The apps were all made in a program called MIT app maker which they will be able to continue to work on back at school.
