Services that support access to information
National Relay Services telephone service - - If you are deaf and/or find it hard hearing or speaking with people who use a phone, the National Relay Service (NRS) can help you. A call through the NRS lets you communicate with a hearing person who is using a phone even if you can't hear or don't use your voice.
Telephone Interpreter Sevices (TIS) - TIS National offers two types of phone interpreting services: Immediate phone interpreting and re-booked phone interpreting.
Immediate phone interpreting is available 24 hours, every day of the year for agency clients and non-English speakers who need to use an interpreter over the phone
Reading and writing hotline - 1300 6 555 06 - Help with basic maths and English for Adults
