ONLINE REPORT TRIAL: YEAR 11 STUDENTS ONLY

During term 4 we are trialling online publication only of year 11 student reports.  Reports for students in all other year levels will be published in hard copy and distributed as usual.  We are trialling this method of online publication for year 11 only because we are exploring ways to improve our reporting systems.

If your child is in year 11, their term 4 report will not be printed and physically handed out.  Instead, the report will be published in Daymap at 3.00pm on Wednesday 8 December.  To access the term 4 report, parents and students will need to click on the Reports tab in Daymap.  A help sheet will be sent to all year 11 students and parents/caregivers, giving instructions about how to navigate to this part of Daymap.

The report can be printed from Daymap, should you require a hard copy.  Alternatively, if you would like the school to provide a hard copy of the report, please contact us via info@aphs.sa.edu.au to arrange for a hard copy to be created. Hard copies of year 11 reports  printed  by  the  school will be available for collection from 9.00am on Thursday 9 December.

We will be seeking feedback from year 11 parents and students about the trial via a link to an online survey.  The link to the survey will be sent within an email alerting you to the publication of the reports on Wednesday 8 December.
