Year 7 Immunisations

Consent Card now due

If your child is in Year 7 in 2018 you should have received information about the Government immunisation program in your orientation packs.  Darebin Council will be visiting the school in 2018 to provide the following funded vaccines:

Chickenpox

Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough (Pertussis)

Human Papillomavirus

If you have not yet returned your consent card to the school please do so as soon as possible to the main office.   Darebin Council will collect cards from the school from February 5.  If your child is not being immunised at school please indicate this on the card and send the card back to the school.  The Department of Health requests all parents return the card even if your child is not having the vaccine at school.

The first round of immunisations will occur on April 24.
