PARKING IN FRONT OF SCHOOL
The street in front of the school is a clearway zone during drop-off and pick-up times, this means that you can not park here during these times.
This is a matter of student safety and it is important that you adhere to these regulations so we can provide a safe area for the SMPPS community.
To drop-off or pick-up your child you must park at the Lakeside Car Park. Parking stickers for these times have been issued at the beginning of the year but if you require one please call the office.
SCHOOL HOURS
The school day commences at 9am and finishes at 3.30pm. We understand that emergencies happen and if you are unable to collect your child at 3.30pm then they will be taken to TheirCare. You must have your child registered with TheirCare and the link below will take you to their registration page. We can then take your child to TheirCare where they will be properly looked after until you arrive.
2021 FEE SCHEDULE - PARENT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
This has been communicated to all families via Compass. Please read this information carefully as some of the processes have changed from previous years. Again, we are offering an extensive instalment payment plan option through the Compass portal spreading payments over 7 months from January through to July. The payment plan option will need to be set up before 18 January which is when the first instalment will fall due. Payment in full or the first instalment payment needs to be made prior to the Student Stationery Pack collection days. You will receive a notification via Compass when payments open in early January. We will continue to send reminders and updates through the Newsletter and Compass.
2021 ENROLMENTS
If you are transferring your child to another school in 2021, can you please let us know via email - south.melbourne.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au
LOST PROPERTY
There are quite a large number of items in the trolley. We place this outside the office door each day so that you can check for any missing items.
