Headspace Armidale 

Headspace Armidale provides free mental health support to all young people aged 12 – 25 years. Headspace Armidale currently has a reduced waitlist, meaning the wait time is very minimal and now is a great time to access our service. 

Headspace has a self-referral process, meaning to access our service young people can complete the referral form themselves or with a teacher/ parent/ carer.
