Gala Concert Triumph

The prestigious Gala Concert was held last night in the Bunjil Place Theatre at 7:30pm and was an absolute triumph!  

It was wonderful to have our special guests, Kevin Murphy, Jackson Taylor MP, Nick Wakeling MP and Cr Marcia Timmers-Leitch attending our event.  

Our audience feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and I'd like to commend our students for their exemplary behaviour throughout the rehearsals and on the night.

A special thank you to our tech team and backstage crew for all their assistance at the venue - it wouldn't have happened without them!

Trivia Night 2022

Everyone had a great time at our Trivia Night last Saturday. The Trivia was great (only 2 challenges!), the games were fun and there were many great prizes. No one went home empty handed! 

I am especially happy that my table, the Music Teachers, won the Trivia! (Kevin!)

Thank you to everyone in our community that supported the event with prize donations or buying tickets.

I would especially like to thank the Parents of Performing Arts for putting together another fantastic fundraising event!  

I can reveal that the POPA Committee raised just over $7000!  These valuable funds will go towards the purchase of new instruments (Piano - here we come!) and instrument repairs.

Last Chance to Buy A Piano Key

With almost half the keys sold, we will be finalising our Piano Key Fundraiser at the start of Term 4.

Families and friends have the opportunity to leave a long lasting contribution to the program by purchasing one of 88 Piano Keys for $100.

As well as having your name (or group name) commemorated on a Plaque, everyone who purchases a piano key will also receive an actual piano key* as a memento of your contribution and a token of our thanks.

This is a unique and meaningful way of contributing to our program and your continued support helps ensure that our students will always have high quality instruments.
