Dessert Night 16th December

Our end of year dessert night is to be held on Monday 16th December at 6.30pm. Bring your favorite dessert to share with other families and celebrate the end of 2019.  It is our final opportunity to farewell the families who are leaving us at the end of the year, this includes all our Year 6 families and those families from other year levels too.  See attached flyer for more details.

Library News

Payment letters for OVERDUE/LOST school library books were sent home to families via students last Friday 6th December. These books need to be replaced as soon as possible, so please either: 

*return the book                                      OR

*buy a new book in replacement     OR

*pay $10.00 per book                             OR

* make a donation to the school's library fund!

With only two Fridays left in the school year of 2019, I would like to take this opportunity to THANK all the parent volunteers for their support and assistance in the library this year. Special thanks must go to Michelle Shen for coming in each Friday and also to all the dedicated covering and shelving volunteers. Your generous donation of time and hard work ensures the library remains tidy, orderly and filled with lots of lovely newly contact covered books for our students to read and borrow - THANK YOU!

Leave Your Mark!

Here is a great opportunity for those families leaving us at the end of the year.  For a small donation, you can contribute to Syndal South's outdoor facilities, such as the fitness track or outdoor furniture, and have your name inscribed for a lifetime!  If you would like to contribute please see Julie or Michelle in the office.
