Junior Class - Mrs Creek

The Gruffalo has been my choice of story for the F-1 students this week.  We listened to the story on-line as well as, engaged with sequence pictures.  We are learning to read recipes, so chocolate crackles and Gruffalo crumble are on the menu.

Different assigned activities on Seesaw provide a variety of word creations and mathematical tasks.

As a class, we have read 325 books on EPIC and students have received certificates for their efforts on Mathletics.  Keep that achieving spirit moving forward.

We are thankful for our return to school today.

Middle Class - Miss Williams

With much excitement we had some students return for a day to school on Wednesday.  We had lots of fun catching up again and then spending the day playing games and doing some sport activities outside in the afternoon.  Wednesday was made even more special with the news of the Year 2s returning to school on Friday.  Although, unfortunately our Year 3s are still to remain in home learning.

The Year 3s will continue to work online for the remainder of next week while the Year 2s will work from school.  We will miss having over half our class not at school, but will use this time to work hard as the Year 2 cohort!

Senior Class - Ms Murphy

As we wind our way to the end of a hectic Term 3 we have hope in our hearts that we may return to school in the near future.  I am feeling that most of you feel connected to our digital classroom and have a good awareness of what is going on in the Senior room and with your child’s progress.  It has been terrific to have so many of you reaching out to me for all sorts of reasons, I thank you for your open and honest communication.  It is the way forward - together!

The Senior class is seeking donations of cloth material scraps - send them this way or drop them on the porch at the Presbytery next door, thank you in advance for your support.
