Grade 1/2 News

In history 1/2 students have been exploring their personal histories by making timelines full of significant moments in their lives. 

In mathematics we have been exploring mass as the amount of matter an object has through practical hefting activities. 

Each class also learnt more about Mary MacKillop and created a response inspired by her life.

A big congratulations to our student achievement award winners from the past two weeks, great effort!

Well done to 1/2 Saxby for winning the Bernie Trophy in week 5 and 1/2 Shannon for winning the Bernie Trophy in week 6.

In other news, a pop-up nature shop at lunch was well received by students across year levels.
