What's Happening Around SH?

Bike Bros.

The Bike Bros. group has been meeting fortnightly to learn problem solving, working together and hands-on skills. Using a donated bicycle (thanks Mel Connors!), the boys have used a variety of tools to disassemble, repair and maintain various parts and features of the bike. They have looked at repacking and regreasing bearings, servicing and oiling moving parts, changing flat tyres, and other bike maintenance. 

Looking forward, the boys have discussed what colour they would like to paint the bike to make it look ‘cooler’. I am really impressed with the teamwork, respect, and resilience the group has been showing and look forward to our upcoming sessions. Please see below for some photos from our sessions.
