Learning in Term Three

 

This term our students are exploring the Physical and Earth and Space strands of Science. Already incursions, excursions and staff Professional Learning have been planned and implemented relating to Science. Our students are questioning, hypothesising, exploring and making discoveries. It is wonderful that in a few weeks we will be able to share their wonderings with you all. 

 

St Louis Festival of Learning

 

During Science Week, St Louis is holding an open to community evening on Thursday 17th August from 4.30-6.30pm to celebrate all things related to Science, Mathematics and Technology.  These areas of learning are important because they permeate into every part of our lives. Our children’s learning will be showcased through interactive activities in various locations around the school. We will also have technology and Mathematics Games experiences occurring simultaneously. This will allow us as a community to engage in a range of different learning opportunities. Further details will follow and we would love you to include the date and time listed below on your calendar.
