End of Term 4
The past few weeks have absolutely flown by! With so much happening around us, it’s hard not to get caught up in all of the excitement!
The Year 12s have finished their classes for the year, had fantastic Festivities Day, in which they all dressed up and had an absolute ball in the Hall and throughout the school and are now set on studying hard for their exams, whilst the Year 11s slowly inch closer and closer to the End of Year exams.
Finishing school has never felt so close and so achievable. However, before we can finish school, there’s a long road ahead called “Year 12”. Even before Year 12 classes start, we get to participate in the Year 12 Retreat, in which we get to visit another campus and experience what it’s like to study hard and learn how to study efficiently. I can personally say I’ve never been more excited to have another year at school, just knowing how jam packed it will be with classes and fun at every turn, but also the hard work and dedication that will be put in to every class to get the best outcome possible. Here’s to the end of 2018 and to the start of 2019!

All students completing a Unit 3/4 subject were given a copy of the VCAA examination navigator, which stipulates the timetable, rules and information about acceptable equipment.
Copies are also available online by clicking the link below:
Year 11 students will be sitting examinations in the week of Monday 12 November. Regardless of whether students are continuing their studies next year or not, all students will be undertaking these exams. Students who do not complete an exam may not achieve a ‘Satisfactory’ outcome in that subject.
The Year 11 Examination timetable was published on Compass and Google Classroom last week. Students will need to read it carefully to ensure they do not have any clashes. If a student has a clash, they will need to visit the Senior School Office to reschedule an exam prior to the examination week.
Year 11 students have received an order form for the rugby tops. The cost is $92.00
The cut off date for placing an order is Wednesday 7 November. We have been advised that no orders will be taken after this date. Orders must be made directly to Lowes at Lilydale Marketplace (not at school).
Extra order forms are available from the Senior School Coordinators Office.
If you would like further information, please feel free to contact the VCE Coordinators.
We’re collating VCE points again for Semester 2, 2018. Information for this has been published on the Year 12 Google Classroom site.
Year 11 students can continue to update their Home Group teachers and Coordinators with their points for this term also.
