JEWISH HOLOCAUST MUSEUM

Year 10 History Excursion

On Thursday 12 March, as part of the Year 10 History: From War to Peace courses,  students visited the Jewish Holocaust Museum and Research Centre (JHC) in Elsternwick.

This excursion was a wonderful opportunity for our students to experience such a large aspect of the era of History they are studying.

The centre  was founded in 1984 by Holocaust Survivors and is now an institution dedicated to the memory of the six million Jews who lost their lives between 1933 and 1945.
