YEAR 7 GIRLS CRICKET

On Monday 16 March, 12 Year 7 girls set off to play in an all day cricket tournament.

Throughout the day the girls came up against three other schools and finished the Round Robin winning two out of the three games. They then met Yarra Hills in the final. The girls batted first, demonstrating some excellent hitting skills and running between wickets. They then went into bowl and were able to get 4 run outs in quick succession.  At the end of the 16 over game, the girls came through with an excellent win and will go through to Eastern Region in Term 4.

Congratulations to Eliza, Ella, Tahli, Alex, Abbey, Emma, Emma, Katie, Shae, Charlie, Georgia and Katelyn.
