PHOTOGRAPHING, FILMING AND RECORDING STUDENTS - ANNUAL CONSENT FORM AND COLLECTION NOTICE

During the school year, there are many occasions and events where students may be photographed, filmed or recorded as they participate in college activities and events. We do this for many reasons, including celebrating student participation and achievement, showcasing particular learning programs, documenting camps/excursions/sports events, etc.

St Joseph's College understands that parents and carers have the right to withhold permission for our college to use photographs, film or recordings of their child.

Please read the attached Annual Consent Form and Collection Notice for further information. Only complete this form if you DO NOT want the college to use images of your child as described above.

If you have read this notice and are comfortable with the college using photos, film or recordings of your child as described, do not complete the form. You may want to keep your eyes peeled for pictures of your amazing child/ren in action here at the college via newsletters and Instagram.

COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER

Our newsletters are the best way to stay in the loop of what is happening at St Joseph’s College.

We regularly publish news on the website and Skoolbag to keep the college community updated with current information, events, items of interest, student achievements and college activities.

Community, the newsletter, is published each month during the school term and aims to collect important posts from our website, community notices and advertisements.

We ask that all parents read our website or/and newsletter to stay updated with all the college news.
