PARENT CONTACT DETAILS

Have you moved house? Do you have a new phone number or email address?

If so, please remember to email your updated details to admissions@sjcmda.vic.edu.au. We need to have your most current information in case of an emergency. You'll also need to keep your mobile phone number and email address details up to date on PAM. This ensures you get all vital information, including student attendance alerts.

STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

All families agree in writing to abide by the college's policies and procedures upon enrolment of their child. 

Please contact admissions@sjcmda.vic.edu.au if you need to give the college notice of your family leaving the district or your intention to withdraw your child/ren from the college.
