GRACE ALBANESE

Grace Albanese has been selected to represent Victoria at the 2023 National Schools Constitutional Convention (NSCC, the 'Convention').

National Curriculum Services (NCS) organises the Convention for the Australian Government Department of Education (DOE) and is supported by the Department of Education and Training, Victoria (DET).

The three-day Convention will be held from Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 March 2023 (inclusive) in Canberra.

The Convention topic is 'Constitutional Reform' – students will examine Section 128 of the Constitution and discuss if the requirements for alteration are still appropriate.

A total of 120 students from across the nation (25 from Victoria) will gather at the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House in Canberra to participate in the Convention.
