Toilet upgrade

I’m very pleased to share that VSBA approved builders will commence working on the toilet upgrade on Dec 21st this year.  The anticipated timeline has the project being completed in March 2023.

If you come onsite during this time, please keep well away from the work area.  Fencing will be installed for further safety.

You will notice that temporary toilets will be positioned for students to use during the school operation times in 2023.  The location of these toilets will be in front of the Aftercare building.  Students will receive education around the change of location whilst the work on our current facility is being carried out.

We are very excited to have this upgrade for our school and look forward to more improvement announcements in the coming months.

F-4 Groovin on the Grass (BYO picnic, rug, chairs)

This Friday Dec 9th marks the inaugural F-4 school concert picnic onsite.  COVID has seen us pivot in many ways over the last few years – this being no exception.  We eagerly anticipate a fun hour of entertainment by our students, under the expert guidance of our music teacher Susan Digby.  Thank you to Susan for all the preparation and planning that goes into making a special event the community can celebrate.  The last few weeks I’ve seen walking Christmas trees, elves and jolly children giggling and enjoying themselves in preparation for what promises to be a great afternoon.

We are looking forward to…

December Hamper Food Donation – Salvation Army

Thank you to all CEPS families for the fantastic display of community spirit in donating to the Salvos to help provide Christmas hampers to families in need.  To have these hampers delivered in time for Christmas is a wonderful support for so many families in our community.

The Salvation Army attended CEPS on December 9th at the start of Groovin’ on the Grass to accept our generous donations.  Thank you for your support of this worthy cause.

Big Day Out

As part of the transition from primary years to secondary years, the Year 6 students and their teachers enjoyed a day of celebration at Luna Park.  Thank you, Tom Packham and Tegan Boucher, for all your care and support for these growing young individuals who we proudly call our graduating class of 2022.

Kind regards
