Swimming 2019

Baimbridge Swimming Sports
It has been a big two weeks in swimming, with the Inter-House Swimming Carnival and Glenelg District Swimming Carnival being held on 13th February and 21st February, respectively.
The inter-house competition was won by Fraser in a land-slide, almost doubling the points of the other three Houses. The weather only reached a maximum of nineteen degrees, but this did not deter the students from trying their best. In fact, it was a lot warmer in the water than out, which might have assisted in the overall student participation! The Baimbridge staff did a fantastic job of officiating and of course the students did their part to ensure that it was an extremely successful day.
Age champions for the day were;
12-13 years Girls Karoraina Karatau-Keightley (Fraser)
12-13 years Boys Archie Buch (Fraser)
14 years Girls Georgia Pitts (Fraser)
14 years Boys Michael Marsden (Cuthbert)
