Mindful Month at 

Mater Dei

Mindful Month starts this week at Mater Dei. We have encouraged the students to download the Smiling Mind app and complete their registration for Mindful Month.

Students will be able to access the Mindful Month program through the Smiling Mind app for the month of June. Once the month has concluded, they can still continue to use the other mindfulness or sleep programs contained within the app to assist with their wellbeing. 

 

Mindfulness can provide a number of benefits such as lowering stress levels, managing emotions and helping to build better relationships. 

 

We encourage members of the wider Mater Dei community to also jump on board. Be kind to your mind.
