BATHURST PUBLIC SCHOOL P&C NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Please be advised that a special meeting of the P&C will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, 24 June 2020 commencing at 7pm.

Over the past twelve months the P&C has had many discussions about the management of the school canteen, mainly due to the time involved for volunteers in its day to day operation.

At last night’s meeting, the P&C called a motion that: ‘At the end of Term 2 2020, the school canteen be handed over to Bathurst Public School to operate’.

A special meeting has been called to vote on this motion. If passed it means that the school will either employ a Canteen Manager to operate the canteen or lease the canteen out. Either way, the school will still have a canteen.
