Narrative: A category of texts in which the purpose is to tell the story.

Structure: The overall organisation of a piece of writing.

Using the template below, have your child make a detailed plan for a narrative about their dream room. Make sure they consider the elements they would want in the dream room, who would be in their dream room and what could be a problem that arises in their dream room.
