ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Using the text Diary of a Wimpy Kid, have your child read the first few pages and identify any words that are associated with the first person. Once they have identified those words, get your child to evaluate how these words make the readers feel and what they think the character may be feeling in that situation.
