Morrisby Careers Interviews

YEAR 9 MORRISBY CAREERS INTERVIEWS 

MONDAY 15th MAY TO THURSDAY 18TH MAY - APAC 2. 

Year 9 students that completed the Morrisby Careers Profiling in Term 1 will have an interview next week to explain their results as part of the My Career Insights Program for all Year 9 students in Victorian Government Secondary Schools. Assisting students in Year 9 to identify their strengths, interests, work preferences and styles can be useful as they start to make decisions about senior subject choices, pathway options and further study and employment options. 

As part of the program students will:

• Receive an online Morrisby Profile Report showing the results from the questions and quizzes, and possible jobs that match their abilities, interests and personality. 

• Have a 30-minute “unpacking” meeting/interview with a Morrisby-trained Career Practitioner who will explain the report.  

Parent/Guardians are welcome to attend this meeting at the scheduled time. 

Please note that the Morrisby Profile can be accessed and updated online throughout secondary school and be adjusted and updated by students after they leave school.  

The interviews will take place from Monday 15th May to Thursday 18th May in 

APAC 2. An appointment schedule has been placed on the Junior School Noticeboard and will be posted on their COMPASS schedule.  

Students should check out their interview date and time and make a note in their Student Planner. If students could leave their class about 5 minutes before their scheduled interview time and report to APAC 2, so that the interviews run smoothly, it would be appreciated.
