Celebration National Reconciliation week.

As a Catholic School community, we celebrated National Reconciliation Week. Throughout the week our learners engaged in various learning opportunities to reflect and acknowledge the importance of this event.

Eucharist Retreat Day

The Year Four children will be able to participate in a Eucharist Retreat day on Thursday the 8th of June at St Fidelis Catholic Primary School. Ian Vergal will facilitate the day. The purpose of the retreat day is to assist the children in preparation for the Sacrament of Eucharist.  A hot dog lunch will be provided on the day.  Those who have dietary requirements please provide your own lunch. The children can wear casual clothes. 

Eucharist Celebration:

The Year 4 Eucharist candidates will be celebrating the Sacrament of Eucharist on Sunday the 18th of June at 11.00 am at St Fidelis church. A professional photographer (School Pix) has been booked for this special occasion. This will take place in the school hall. The photographer will commence taking family portraits at 9.30 am and will conclude at 10.30 am.  If you wish to to have family photos please be available between those times, as any later arrivals will miss out.  No family portraits will be taken after 10.30 am.

10.30 am-10.45 am Eucharist group photo on the day of the celebration School Pix photos will distribute relevant information outlining packages and how to order your prints online.

St Vinnies Winter Appeal 

Your children received a flyer about the St Vinnies winter appeal indicating various items that can be donated.  The winter appeal provides food and clothing for people experiencing difficulty in their lives. Each year as a school community we come together to donate to this worthy cause.  This year our social justice and community leaders will engage in collecting, sorting and organising the donated goods to be distributed. Your kind donation will assist those in need. 

Mass Tuesday 6th June

This week 1/2 AM and 3/4 BP will have the opportunity to celebrate mass at 9.15 am.  We invite all parents and carers to join us as we celebrate mass.
