End of year reminders for Parents and Families.
We ask that families please note these details and information.
- If you have a Grade 6 student, please download any school reports before the end of the year. Once the school year has finished, the student's files are archived the data is no longer available for parent access.
- Please complete any unexplained absences. If you feel they are incorrect, or the details are wrong, or you need assistance entering them, please contact the office. We can help you with this.
- Please ensure all emergency contacts, medical conditions and medications are complete and up to date. Medication permission forms are available at the office or the school website. These forms need to be completed for any medication that a student requires at school. Any information is confidential and only shared in an emergency with services who require it. If you have moved recently or changed jobs, please check with us that we have your current, correct details.
- If your child needs a medical plan for a condition (Asthma, Allergy or Anaphylaxis) please ensure they bring a plan that is current, and dated for that year, at the beginning of the year. Medication relevant for the condition should also be current and valid for the applicable year.
