Back to School - Term 1 Update

As your local school bus operator, we wanted to reaffirm our commitment to working with you and your school community to provide a safe, reliable and efficient service.

TOUCHING ON

Students are reminded of the importance of carrying a valid Myki. It is important that all students touch ON and OFF. When this happens they are counted on our service – when they don’t, they are invisible. The Department of Transport regularly reviews touch on data to support effective planning for school bus services.

COVID SAFE MEASURES

This is a reminder to all that:

  • We are no longer accepting cash onboard we ask students top-up before they travel
  • Students aged 12 years and older are required to wear a mask on board when travelling on our services
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation of all our buses
  • If anyone feel unwell, they should not travel and get tested
  • To register their Myki so that they can be contacted if they have been exposed to coronavirus on a public transport service

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS

To help students who may be catching the bus for the first time this year we have produced a guide with travel tips and key information about journey planning, ticketing and timetables.

Stay safe,
