Health Centre

The Health Centre legally requires documentation if your child has an ongoing medical condition, such as anaphylaxis, asthma and allergies.  A Compass newsfeed for all students with conditions was sent on November 26th 2021 with the necessary documentation for your child.

If your child no longer has any of these conditions please email the College, with that directive, so we can adjust your child’s Compass profile.

Medication is to be supplied by parents and handed into the Health Centre (for example, an EpiPen, Ventolin, Claratyne, etc).

If your child requires medication for any other reason, such as headaches and period pain, please call the Health Centre for a Medication Authority form.

This medication is held securely in the Health Centre and on file for your child only.

Any questions please call the Health Centre and ask to speak to Sian Doyle.

Please find attached the documentation that you many need to provide to the Health Centre.
